The Story About One 100T/24H Maize Mill Line

The weather is really very very comfortable compared to the so hot weather in China at that time.

We come to KICC for the trade fair and met with many Kenya clients there. We introduced our maize wheat mill machine and discussed more details with different clients.

Mr. Mahmmad is one of the clients, he and his colleague come very early morning from Kerugoya and have a long time meeting with us in the hotel.

He chose the 100T/24H Maize mill line.

We had a very great meeting and signed the contract directly and the client made the cash deposit for the 100t maize mill line.

At the same time, our factory in China begins the production for this 100t/24h maize mill line.

On Sep.29, 2019, Mr. Mohammad come to visit our factory in China to do the inspection of his 100T maize milling line.

He is very satisfied with the machine quality. He is preparing the balance payment arranging and we were ready for the delivery.

The promised balance payment time is the end of October. But some issues delayed the payment from Mr. Mohammad and we packed his order in our stock for some days.

And he planed to make the payment after the Chinese New Year in Feb 2020. Unfortunately, the Corona Virus epidemic suddenly burst in the January of 2020, both the Client and us have to wait to see the situation. We work at home and keep contacting.

Fortunately, in March the whole of China controlled the virus very well and we back to work in the office finally.

Our factory restart too and the whole factory did the complete disinfection and sterilization work.

Now the whole factory back to normal and having a bright new look. All the goods in our stock are ready for delivery.

On April.23, 2020 client finished the balance payment for this 100T maize mill and we prepared for the delivery issue and finished the COC certificate by SGS.

SGS

 On May 2nd, 2020 we finished the 5 containers loading and then do the custom application in Tianjin port, China.

Loading

The final shipment date is May.11, 2020, then the containers left China and on the way to Mombasa Kenya. After confirming all the documents with the client, on May.22,2020 we send all the original documents by DHL to the client: B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, insurance.

After 45 days of shipping on the sea, the containers finally arrived Mombasa in at the end of June.

Offloading

At the end of July the containers arrived in Nairobi and finished the unloading, finally arrived client's factory.

Customer stock

Because of the Corona Virus in the whole world, international traveling for our engineers became very difficult. The installation issue had to be postponed. But our communication never stopped. We supplied the foundation drawings and help the client to do the foundation work first.

 In December 2020 Mr. Mohammad decided to do the installation with the local Kenya engineers. At the same time, we provided all the foundation drawings, installation drawings, 3D drawings with all the details.

The client begins the installation, we keep the communication with him all the time to give all the technical support by video meeting, calling, and other kinds of communication. Our aftersale service team with our technical team and engineers are always here to service the client.

The installation work doing very well and the client shared with us the progress day by day.

Zimbabwe is one of the oldest countries in Africa. It called Africa London or Africa granary. Zimbabwe is a great country with very nice people. we do business with Zimbabwe for more than 15 years for maize mill machines and wheat flour mill machines.

Since 2006, we set up our office in Harare, our Chinese engineer is always there. In 2007, we set up a 120tons per day wheat flour mill project in Zimbabwe, and at that time we opened a bakery factory in the Msasa industry zone also. The wheat flour which is for making bread is from our flour factory. The bakery business is very good. There are long lines in the bakery every day and wait to buy the bread. Business is very good.

See, they use so much money, but just only buy one bread, The inflation was becoming more and more serious. The economic environment is particularly bad. So we sold our bakery factory, and move the branch office to Lusaka, Zambia. But we still always do business with Zimbabwe people.

In 2015, we visited our old customers. Our engineers train and teach them how to fix the machines to get the best quality flour.

How to Install the Maize Milling Machines And Wheat Flour Milling Machines

A milling machine is for maize milling machines and wheat flour mill machines.

Before the maize mill plant or wheat flour milling plant arrives in the factory, we should prepare something:

1. Electricity power:
Your electricity power should be connected with the local government power lines.
And prepare the transformer as a milling machinery requirement.

2. Water.
It should ensure go to production warehouse. There is a pipe that will connect with the damper for supplying continuous water in the milling machine's working time.

3. Foundation:
Before doing the foundation, the ground will not be hardened. We will supply the technical foundation drawings to guide.

4. The machine arrived:

Before the containers arriving, please prepare the forklift for the unloading machine.

Ask all the guys to do the unloading carefully according to the packing list.

Finish the uploading, all the machines should be stock in the sealed room or warehouse.

The important is to keep all the machines safe, special for the small spare parts. 

No one can steal them.

5. Start to do the installation:
--Before it, we will send all the technical drawings to the customers. And supply more local engineers and laborers to support the installation.

When the engineers arriving at the installation site, familiarize yourself with the site environment and confirm the specific installation scope with the customer.

--Mark with a marker, check all the goods (including pipes, screws, clips, flanges, platform brackets, etc.) into categories, and compare with the list drawings to confirm clearly where they are used. Those that cannot be confirmed will be put into one category first. It is forbidden to start the installation before the completion of this work. If something is found to be incomplete, report it to the company as soon as possible. If it is not reported, the company defaults that the equipment is complete, and if it is found to be missing after installation, the engineer will find a solution, and the company will not be responsible.

--Communicate with customers well, but all the small parts on the equipment and all the bits and pieces of tools and other things out and put them in a safe place to prevent loss.

--Overall planning. Mark the exact location of the foundation with white lime or nylon thread according to the drawings, and make the foundation uniformly. It is forbidden to finish one item and wait for the cement to dry before doing the next item, which will seriously lengthen the progress of the project.

--Work arrangements are open. The responsibility of the engineer is to arrange and direct local workers to start their work reasonably. It is forbidden to immerse themselves in brutal work, regardless of local workers. The cleaning part and the powder road part should be started at the same time. First, the equipment host should be correctly positioned according to the drawings.

--The pipelines should be installed according to the wind network drawings, and should not be changed at will without special circumstances.

6. After the equipment is installed, run idling continuously for more than 20 hours. Check whether the motor is rotating correctly, whether the motor and circuit are hot, whether the equipment has abnormal noise, etc., and then put the material into a trial run after confirming that it is normal.
