We come to KICC for the trade fair and met with many Kenya clients there. We introduced our maize wheat mill machine and discussed more details with different clients.

Mr. Mahmmad is one of the clients, he and his colleague come very early morning from Kerugoya and have a long time meeting with us in the hotel.

We had a very great meeting and signed the contract directly and the client made the cash deposit for the 100t maize mill line.
At the same time, our factory in China begins the production for this 100t/24h maize mill line.

On Sep.29, 2019, Mr. Mohammad come to visit our factory in China to do the inspection of his 100T maize milling line.

He is very satisfied with the machine quality. He is preparing the balance payment arranging and we were ready for the delivery.
The promised balance payment time is the end of October. But some issues delayed the payment from Mr. Mohammad and we packed his order in our stock for some days.
And he planed to make the payment after the Chinese New Year in Feb 2020. Unfortunately, the Corona Virus epidemic suddenly burst in the January of 2020, both the Client and us have to wait to see the situation. We work at home and keep contacting.

Fortunately, in March the whole of China controlled the virus very well and we back to work in the office finally.
Our factory restart too and the whole factory did the complete disinfection and sterilization work.

Now the whole factory back to normal and having a bright new look. All the goods in our stock are ready for delivery.
On April.23, 2020 client finished the balance payment for this 100T maize mill and we prepared for the delivery issue and finished the COC certificate by SGS.

On May 2nd, 2020 we finished the 5 containers loading and then do the custom application in Tianjin port, China.

The final shipment date is May.11, 2020, then the containers left China and on the way to Mombasa Kenya. After confirming all the documents with the client, on May.22,2020 we send all the original documents by DHL to the client: B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, insurance.
After 45 days of shipping on the sea, the containers finally arrived Mombasa in at the end of June.

At the end of July the containers arrived in Nairobi and finished the unloading, finally arrived client's factory.

In December 2020 Mr. Mohammad decided to do the installation with the local Kenya engineers. At the same time, we provided all the foundation drawings, installation drawings, 3D drawings with all the details.

The installation work doing very well and the client shared with us the progress day by day.

Finally, at the end of January 2021, the installation finished and begin to do the testing.

Now the machine is running very well and produces a very high-quality maize meal for the Kenya market. The client is very happy and we are so happy too.
