From 29^th June to 7^th, July, Hongdefawww.hongdefa.comteam will have a trip to Kenya visit clients, visit some famous place and introduce good quality maize mill and wheat mill to Kenya market.

We will have 14 people in our group to visit Kenya this time. and cause of the Tanzania Sabasaba Trade Fair in the same time, it’s a pity that not all our group visit the Kenya.

Latest the largest news is about the one year birthday about Mombasa--Nairobi railway.

With a total length of about 480 kilometers, the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway runs from Mombasa in the east of Kenya to Nairobi in the west. It started in September 2014 and was opened to traffic on May 31, 2017. This is the first new railway since Kenya’s independence. It has adopted Chinese standards across the board.

“The impact of the Mombasa--Nairobi railway project exceeded our expectations. The GDP of the country along the road after the completion of the project will thus increase by 2.5%, which will also greatly promote the development of the tourism industry. The passenger flow between Nairobi and Mombasa has greatly increased. “The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Kenya, James Varana Machaler, expressed at the 9th International Forum on Infrastructure Investment and Construction the impact of the Mombasa--Nairobi Railway on the interconnection and interoperability of the African continent.

This time we visit Kenya, hope can have the opportunity to take the train from Nairobi to Mombasa.

Into the Masai Mara National Park

Last year my manager Rita have a visit to Masai Mara, it’s really attractive, this time she will bring our big team to visit Masai Mara.

The Masai Mara National Park is considered to be the world's most famous wildlife sanctuary. This animal paradise is composed of 1672 square kilometres of open plains, woodlands and riparian forests. Built in 1961, the Masai Mara National Park is home to the world’s largest wild mammals and has 95 species of mammals and 450 species of birds. The vast expanse of grass is dotted with herds of zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and horns; the artichoke trees are full of birds and monkeys; elephants and African buffaloes roam across the vast Msi Ara marshland. In the middle of the Rahe River there are many hippos and crocodile. This natural thing is isolating the contact with the city. Mara is known as the Kingdom of the Lions. These majestic and powerful predators dominate these grasslands. The cheetahs are also very common. There are also hyenas and small predators such as jackals.

We are so expected for this trip.

Before the milling process proper can commence the maize must be suitably prepared. During this operation all impurities and foreign matter are removed, and finally the maize is conditioned by allowing a controlled quantity of water to penetrate the bran before the grain is ready for milling.

Maize cleaning process using vibrating sieve, destoner, magnetic separators for drying cleaning.

Use American design degerminator to get whole pcs germ,and use gravity table to getting the maize germ.

We use double screw damper for keeping moisture the maize. microcomputer control the water damper.

add water to ensure a more accurate and uniform water,prevent free water, A moisture addition of 6% to 8%

and lying time of 20 minutes should result in clean separation of the maize components by the degerminator under normal condition.;

Here is the recipe you can try to do make nice Sadza/ugali/fufu .

Put maize flour in pot. Add cold water to make a paste. Put pot on stove and add boiling water whilst stirring simultaneously.Keep stirring until it boiling. Cover pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add more maize flour bit by bit and mix. When it’s just about to reach the consistency you want, cover it and let is simmer for 5 minutes. Your Sadza/ugali/fufu is ready.

How was the trip in Zimbabwe for maize milling machine business?

Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa was in China on a five-day state visit last week, this is his first outside of Africa since assuming power last November. China's Xi tells Zimbabwe president they should write 'new chapter' in ties. The relationship between Zimbabwe and China is more and more close in these years, not only in political, cultural exchanges but also on economic exchanges.  

Last month Hongdefa client from Gweru in Zimbabwe invited our team for visiting Zimbabwe and he wanted to discuss more about a new factory of wheat flour mill machine. My workmate Mrs Vanisa and Boss Mr Guo had visited three cities in Zimbabwe, Harare,Gweru and Bulawayo from 4th April 2018 to 10 April 2018.

It was a really nice and pleasant trip in Zimbabwe for meeting with customers who wants to buy maize milling machines and wheat flour mill machines.

                         

Hongdefa team first take the fast train from home Shijiazhuang city to Beijing city,which is just one and half hour’s trip, then they take a shuttle bus from Beijing Xi train station to Beijing international airport. This time our team transit from Addis ababa,Ethiopia to Harare,Zimbabwe. In Addis ababa we have set up a branch office for flour milling machine and maize milling machine business.

On 4 April and 5 April, our team stay in The Rainbow Towers Hotel which is recommended by our clients, it’s really a comfortable and beautiful one.  

On 6 April 2018, the Gweru client have picked us from Harare and we drive together to Gweru and come to see the 90T/24H maize milling machine which is running already three years. It was in 2015, the Gweru, Zimbabwe client ordered this 90T/24H maize milling machine and in 2016 it’s installed smoothly and started the production of maize grits.

For this 90T/24H maize milling machine, it use Japan technology degerminator, which can produce "super white" maize grits of different sizes. The moisture dampener is two layer and stainless steel. In the milling section, it use pneumatic roller mill, For the sifting, normally for big maize flour mill, we have different choices, plansifter or double section sifters, for this client, we have made the special design for him as his workshop building is just about 7 meters. (3) Copies of trading license and recommendation from the company or organization where the applicants work are required. A diplomatic note from the government, consulate general, or the United Nations is required for the holder of diplomatic passport and service passport.

(4) Bank certificate of deposit in the past 6 months with the amount no less than SHs5,000,000 is required.

At 14:45pm you are arriving at Beijing International Airport T3, normally the International airplane is landing at Terminal 3 which is for international.

There are two passageway, one is for Chinese only, and you should pass the Foreigners’ passageway and show your passport to the Custom. And if the China Custom ask you some question, please reply the truth. You need to take a short light railway around 10mins to the department for Custom checking, do not not carry the things which the law not allowed, like ivory,Horns etc.

Then after the Custom and you need to go to pick your luggage and looking for the exit. From the exit ,hongdefa maize flour milling machine workers are waiting for you at the exit .
