Some of the customers send me inquiry for maize milling machines or wheat flour milling machines, i always ask them what is the size of his land or the measurements of his workshop to check his warehouse is ok for installing the machines or not.

In general, for setting up the factory for milling flour, it will need the land first and then workshops, one is for machines working and another one is for final products.

If your investment is enough, we advice you install the silo for storing raw materials( wheat or maize). it can keep your raw materials long time and keep your processing not stop, and it also can save your cost. such as when the raw material price is low, you can buy more from your local market and keep it into silos. 

and it is use a weight bridge for checking the raw material weight and final products weight in your factory.

it produce maize meal and maize flour for consumption by local people.
it runs very well now.

my client also need hammer mill for adding this plant to get more fine maize flour. because in Uganda, people always like very fine maize flour for doing staple food.

Some years ago, in Tanzania, MADE-IN-CHINA means cheap price with bad quality. Chinese company which is doing in Tanzania is not welcome.

but now, China company stands for super high quality with best price.

more and more china companies came into Tanzania during these years. 

and they improve their quality and made themselves stronger. a lot of products which were made by china company from Tanzania to export to U.S.A. it was said by Tanzania government.

Besides, these companies gave the local workers reasonable salary and insurance. so many people like to go into china company to work.

Some years ago, we had installed  a 5tons per day maize milling plant in Tanzania. our customer said it is working very well now. the super white maize meal that it produced is very good quality which is for doing Ugali. 

hope we will do more business with Tanzania people.

Client visiting maize mill.

Today my Kenya client visited our factory for buying 20tons per day maize milling machines.

He want to produce good quality maize meal which is making Ugali.

the price of our 20tons per day maize mill plant is FOB Tianjin China 34,000.00USD. which includes the maize cleaning, dampering, degerminating, milling, sifting and packing.

Beside , he also need the silo for storing the raw material (maize). we advice he put 200tons silo. which can keep 10 days maize for be processed.

In this afternoon, we will sign the contract.
