How to maintain flour equipment during daily use-flour milling machines operation and maintenance
Flour milling is a systematic project with so many equipments and types. Equipment maintenance also varies. The following is a brief introduction to the main equipment maintenance.
1. Roller Mill
1.1 The transmission parts, belts, and other devices should be balanced, and the tightening of the fasteners should be appropriate.
1.2 All lubricating parts should be filled with oil frequently, but they should be kept clean and hygienic. Always check whether the bearings and motors are overheated and whether the sound is normal.
1.3 After the mic door is opened, it should be adjusted according to the process requirements starting from the first skin milling. Do not make any changes after the first skin mill adjustment.
1.4 The roller must be round and well-ground, and those that do not meet the technical requirements cannot be used. The fast and slow rollers must be balanced, and the difference between the diameters of the two should not be too large.
1.5 When the grinding roller is running, there shall be no radial runout and axial movement.
1.6 Keep the feeding uniform, and the material is distributed on the entire length of the roller. If the feeding is uneven and there is a blockage, there may be foreign objects in the baffle, which should be removed with thin iron sheets, or the baffle itself may be uneven. You should find out the reason.
1.7 The rolling distance of the rollers must be the same. When adjusting the rolling distance, the tight end should be loosened first to make the rolling distance consistent, and then adjust.
1.8When opening the machine, first, you should check whether there is material in the machine, if so, turn the transmission wheel by hand to discharge the material and start with no load.
1.9 When the incoming material is interrupted or stopped suddenly, the rolling distance should be loosened immediately. When the grinding chamber is blocked, the rolling distance should also be loosened, the milling should be stopped, and you should clear the milling pipes.
1.10 After each inspection or replacement of the roller, carefully check whether there is a foreign matter falling into the feeding barrel or the feeding roller, and strictly prevent metal impurities from entering the machine. Otherwise, stop the machine for processing.
1.11 In the event of a dust explosion accident, you should remove the air duct and stop the machine immediately. While promptly notifying the relevant departments, take the fire-fighting measures in a timely manner to prevent the spread.
2. Plansifter
2.1 The transmission parts should be lubricated normally, the fasteners should not be loose, the hoisting should be balanced, and the lubricating oil should not be thrown out when the bearing is working. If the sifter has abnormal noise, you need to stop and check immediately.
2.2 The sifter must be fully started at one time and cannot be restarted from start to normal operation. The sieve runs counter-clockwise, it must be ensured that the sieve is started at a complete standstill. There must be a latching device relay on the electrical connection device, which will prevent the motor from restarting within 3 minutes after a power failure.
2.3 When you disassemble or assemble the flat sifter, please pay attention to the order and direction of the sifter grids, and do not damage the sifter surface and material blocks.
2.4 The inlet flow of each flat sifter in the same system should be evenly distributed, the load capacity of each sifter bin should be close to each other, and the unscreened rate should be reduced on the premise of maintaining quality.
2.5 Keep the cleaning block flexible and support the sifter flat.
2.6 The sifter grid should be pressed tightly, and should be consistent on both sides, and the pressure should be uniform.
3.1 The transmission parts should be in normal operation, and flexible, and the fasteners should not be loose.
3.2 The feeding device should be sensitive to keep the material evenly distributed on the sieve surface.
3.3 The sieve surface must be tensioned, the distance between the brush which cleans the sieve surface and the sieve surface should be appropriate and the spacing should be consistent.
3.4 The suction channel is unobstructed and the damper is properly adjusted to ensure sufficient suction volume.
3.5 Regularly check the quality of each export material to ensure normal cleaning effect indicators.
4. Plane rotary sifter, high-efficiency vibrating sifter
4.1 The feeding hopper should maintain a certain amount of storage, and the feeding mechanism should be flexible so that the flow can be adjusted according to the needs to ensure that the material is evenly distributed over the entire width of the sieve surface.
4.2 The sieve surface should not be beaten to avoid unevenness, and the sieve surface should be placed horizontally to prevent the material from going unilaterally.
4.3 Check frequently adjusts the suction effect, and the suction should not contain whole grains.
4.4 According to the physical properties of wheat grains and impurities select a screen with an appropriate mesh size.
4.5 Keep the sieve holes unobstructed. Under normal conditions, more than 80% of the sieves should not be blocked. The cleaning ball should keep beating and be flexible.
